    My name is Alicia; I was a friend of Tom's at UNM. I just found out in the UNM alumni magazine that Tom was killed in action in January. I am so sorry for your family's loss. Since I found out, I have read a handful of articles on the internet, and ran into the Casey blog. It seems Tom was an honorable soldier and a terrific family man who will truly be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, especially this week as you will all surely be celebrating the birthday of a man whose life was cut far too short.
